Resurrection Sunday Brings Good News!
You weren't just forgiven. You were rescued. Jesus didn't offer a pardon from a distance. He entered our world, took on our sins at the cross, and transferred us out of one kingdom into another. Colossians 1:13-14 says He delivered us. That word means extracted, moved by force from one domain to another.
You are no longer a citizen of darkness. You've been transferred to the Kingdom of Light. That's the Good News for those who believe, and that's what we're celebrating this Resurrection Sunday.
"He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." - Colossians 1:13-14
